SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how order processing and delivery work for purchases made at mixedsignals.fit.
Free Worldwide Shipping
Shipping is free on every order.
Order Processing Time
Every item is made to order. Orders are produced, quality-checked, packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of being placed. During holidays and peak season, processing may take a few extra days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 4–7 business days
- USA and worldwide: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, customs processing and carrier conditions.
Shipping Destinations
MixedSignals ships worldwide. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we’re currently unable to ship there.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges set by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately. We’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we can’t guarantee changes once production has started. MixedSignals is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, email us with your order number and we’ll look into it with our fulfilment partner.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before production starts. Once production has begun, an order can no longer be cancelled. For damaged, faulty or misprinted items, see our Refund Policy.
